Like many of us on Lab, JPLers who support the creation of a union were surprised that management’s email after the town hall failed to address more questions about layoffs and instead focused exclusively on a union. We appreciate that they are encouraging us to make an informed choice about unionization. But since their communication leaves out important details that would help us make an informed choice, we feel that it is important to share some corrections.

JPLers involved with this effort also created this website with information about every aspect of this process: how a union works, why we started to form one, what happens in collective bargaining, etc. We also are continuing to add new questions as they come in, so please send an email to info@jplworkersunited.org if there’s a question you don’t see answered.
